Every apartment features beautiful water views overlooking the Mooloolaba Marina and Wharf, along with two private balconies to enjoy the outlook. We’re just 100 metres from the Mooloolaba Surf Club and patrolled beach, and directly opposite the Wharf precinct and SEA LIFE — putting dining, shopping, beaches and family attractions right on your doorstep. Guests love our relaxing heated swimming pool, heated spa pool, and BBQ area set within our tropical garden courtyard — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. For added convenience, we provide undercover secure parking, cable TV and free unlimited WiFi. Our spacious 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments include full kitchens, laundry facilities and modern amenities, making them ideal for families, couples and longer stays. Please note: We are on 4 floors and all apartments are accessible via stairs only.

We're also an easy walk to top attractions such as SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast and Coastal cruises from the wharf. All apartments feature beautiful water views, are spacious, modern, and fully self-contained for a comfortable stay. Guests can choose from 1, 2 or 3-bedroom apartments, including our highly sought-after Rooftop Apartments, each offering an exclusive private rooftop with stunning views over the Marina and Wharf, plus your own BBQ and outdoor dining area. Our resort facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, heated spa, BBQ area, tour bookings, free unlimited WiFi, Foxtel, and individual lock-up garages for added convenience. Please note: All upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

Prefer to drive? Simply collect your car from our secure garage and enjoy an easy, scenic drive to any of these destinations.
