Bounce Magnetic Island and Koala Park - formerly Roamer showcases open-air building designs and communal spaces for guests. The accommodation is located in the heart of Horseshoe Bay, 4-minute walk from Horseshoe Bay beach, nearby many island activities and walking trails through the national park to beaches offering snorkelling. Guests can find an outdoor deck bar serving food and drinks overlooking the resort pool. Other amenities include free WiFi at the deck bar, shared kitchen and coin laundry facilities. Daily wildlife tours are conducted on site with onsite rangers offering an educational experience with Australian wildlife at Bounce Magnetic Island and Koala Park - formerly Roamer. Free bird feeding daily is offered. The tour desk provide Magnetic Island maps, help book Great Barrier Reef tours, Museum of Underwater Art diving and snorkelling trips and local tours experiencing the fringing reef and land based adventures. Bounce Magnetic Island and Koala Park - formerly Roamer is 25 minutes from Townsville by Sealink QLD fast catamaran. Guests bring their own vehicle on Magnetic Island ferries.

For reservations under the same name and dates, which exceed 5 rooms or comprise more than 10 people, or extend beyond 14 days, our Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy will apply, regardless of the selected rate upon booking.
Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the booking. We will notify the guest prior to charging the credit card provided. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 50% of the booking must be settled at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date and is also non-refundable.
We will charge this remaining amount to the credit card provided 15 days in advance. In the event of non-payment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Upon check-in all guests are required to present a government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, national ID or driving license) along with the credit card used for booking under the same name. Please note that guests staying in dormitories must be 18 years of age or older.
Towel rental is available at 6 AUD for guests staying in community rooms.

Please inform Selina Magnetic Island in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This establishment operates as a cashless facility, and at this time, we do not accept cash as a form of payment. Please note that each guest is required to present a valid credit card and photo ID during check-in. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in our inability to accept your reservation. Our reception is not available 24 hours. If you plan to check in after 11 pm, please take note of the phone number posted on the entrance door. Upon your arrival, kindly call this number, and we will promptly assist you with the check-in process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
