A spacious cottage less than 5 minutes from the Mudgee town centre. Set on 85 acres with vines, a forest, open space and hills with wonderful views of town and surrounding hills. You can take a walk amongst the sculptures, through the orchard or forest or around the property and connect with nature. An open outside fireplace and a wood burning stove makes it a perfect getaway for the cooler Mudgee climate. Take a stroll up the hill with a picnic and watch the sunset, there are two fire pits on the top of the hill and a picnic basket and blanket for your use or commune with the horses or resident dogs. We have sheep and cows in adjoining paddocks and the occasional alpaca and be seen guarding the sheep.

My husband Charles and I live on 85 acres in Mudgee, Central West NSW. We started and ran an NBN resale business until just retiring from full time work a year ago, however, we are still on the Board. We love travel of course and Charles fly's a small Cub aircraft so we are hoping to do more travel around Australia by small plane. We are currently heavily involved with Lock the Gate trying to stop the Narrabri Coal Seam Gas (CSG) project in Narrabri and help climate action groups including Market Forces, The Wilderness Society and others. There is a code entry system on the front and back doors. My husband and I live on the property up the hill so the only time you will see up is if we are feeding the horses at the time. However, if you need anything we are there to help.

As we are just out of town it is very quiet, but it is a working farm and we may be feeding horses or getting the tractor out of the shed from time to time. We also have other Villas on the property but all have separate private entrances and your outdoor area is private and all Villas are separated by green plantings. Only the firepit on the top of the hill is communal.
