The beaches may beckon but, let's face it, with your own pool, spa and plenty of room for everyone, you'll be happy to stay at home. Shaded elevated decks wrap around most sides of this single-level home, making it so easy to appreciate the hillside views from all living areas. Sliding doors from the open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area open out to a large entertaining area with views to the pool. This deck also features a six-person heated spa, plus several separate seating areas, for curling up in a chair and reading a book. Your comfort is assured in this property, with reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout all the living areas and bedrooms. In the winter months, a wood fire really sets a cosy scene, in the open-plan living area. The large kitchen is well equipped and central to all the action. The bedrooms are spacious, plus there are two bath tubs! A separate games studio is a perfect retreat for kids of all ages. Set apart from the house, there's a pool table, table tennis and darts. For younger children there's loads of lawn to play on plus a library of board games in the second living / TV room. Located in a rural setting in Yallingup, guests are less than a 10 minute drive to Dunsborough township and Yallingup beach. Dunsborough is lively with cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops; and Yallingup is an iconic South West coastal town famous for its surf breaks, sheltered swimming lagoon, historic Caves House and Ngilgi Cave. Explore the boutique breweries, wineries and art galleries nearby, as well as Smiths Beach and Injidup Beach, and the greater Margaret River region.
