This newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is located on the second floor and encompasses modern living with spacious, light-filled interiors. The open-plan living area with large sliding doors seamlessly flows to your own private balcony with a BBQ, outdoor dining table, and outdoor settee. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, and even a Lavazza pod coffee machine to brew that perfect cup. A large comfortable sofa in the living room makes it easy to kick back and watch the large wall-mounted TV with free wifi. Just off the living room is your master suite with a luxuriously comfy king bed, a beautifully presented ensuite with boutique toiletries provided, a walk-in robe, and large sliding doors leading to the deck. The second bedroom provides 2 single beds that may also be converted into a king bed and 3rd bedroom with a double bed. All linen provided is hotel quality for a luxurious feel while you have a good night's sleep. The main bathroom between the 2 bedrooms features a walk-in shower, toilet, and large mirrored vanity. Off the kitchen is your laundry room with a washer and dryer and a small balcony with a clothesline. Ducted Air conditioning and heat are sure to provide comfort during any month that you may visit. A shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower are also available for guest use. Guests will also have access to 2 undercover parking spots.
