Welcome to Parkview Manly, where luxury meets convenience. This professionally decorated penthouse offers breathtaking views over Manly to the beach, harbour and the Cardinal’s Palace. Enjoy a perfect blend of style and comfort just a 3-minute gentle walk from Fairlight Village, featuring three popular cafes and a well-stocked supermarket. We have a similar apartment on the same floor available for groups. This apartment has a massive wrap around balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning sunrise. In the evenings enjoy a glass of wine while watching the world go by as the sun sets. • The main bedroom has an ensuite and queen-size bed. • The second bedroom has 2 long single beds. These can be joined to form a king bed however you need to request this well in advance. • A comfortable queen-sized sofa bed is in the living room for 2 extra guests. Please note: This is only made up for more than 4 guest bookings. If you need to use this bed, you must request it at the time of booking. • The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator. • Lift to apartment floor from all levels. • Wheelchair access from Parkview Lane at the ground floor entrance. • Stunning views from two large balconies with outdoor dining and lounge area. • BBQ available on request - there is an additional cleaning charge if left uncleaned. • Onsite parking for two vehicles (tandem) is included and easily accessible. • We have a similar two bedroom apartment on the same floor – perfect for multiple families or groups of friends.

This apartment is located on the border of Fairlight and Manly. Fairlight Village is a 3 minute walk away. There you'll find Cafes, a local Supermarket, Butcher, Bottleshop, Hairdressers, Medical practice, Pizzeria (really good), Chinese Restaurant/Takeaway, Chemist, Chiropractor, Thai Massage and a Veterinary Clinic. It's a 850m walk to The Corso and Manly Beachfront and Manly Wharf. Manly Beach stretches out for three kilometres with three surf lifesaving clubs, Manly, North Steyne and Queenscliff. It's a popular place to learn to surf, there's snorkelling at Shelly Beach and the pretty Fairy Bower Pool is popular with families. The Corso connects the harbourside and Wharf to the famous ocean beach. The pedestrian mall is dotted with surf shops, boutiques and classic pubs. On the weekends, explore the Manly Markets, which takes over Sydney Road, just off the Corso, with a variety of arts and crafts stalls. Spend the day on the beach or have a picnic under on the grass along the beachfront. For something different, walk down The Corso and spend some time around Manly Cove or swim in the harbour pool on West Esplanade. Hire a kayak from Manly Wharf and paddle over to Forty Baskets and Reef Beach or around to Little Manly Cove. Walk or hire a bicycle and discover hidden harbour coves and beaches, such as Little Manly Cove and Collins Flat Beach. The 10km Spit Bridge to Manly Walk rewards you with fantastic views across the harbour and you can catch a bus so you don't have to walk back! Manly Wharf (opposite) has a choice of great waterfront restaurants such as Queen Chow, Hugos and Sake and Felons (the pub at the Wharf). Walk around to Manly Pavillion and have lunch or dinner at the restaurant or pizza and drinks at The Espy. Further east is the very popular Manly Skiff Club - perfect to watch the sun go down. And we haven't even got started on the Manly Beachfront offerings yet......but then you wouldn't have anything to discover!
