Sunrise Beach Holiday Apartment is a newly renovated self-contained space on the ground floor of our home in beautiful Sunrise Beach. The apartment has a light and airy living space which has recently been renovated & comprises of a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nutri bullet & Nespresso coffee machine. Ideal for preparing breakfast or a light meal however there is no cooktop or oven available. There’s also a comfortable relaxing lounge area with TV/Foxtel & a large banquette seating area for dining or just curling up with a good book & enjoying the view of the garden. The bedroom comprises of a queen size bed, built in robe & luxurious linens & the bathroom is fully equipped with heated towel rail, bathrobes, quality toiletries & fluffy towels. The apartment also offers a couple of relaxing chairs on the patio as well as a BBQ for those days you don’t feel in the mood for going out to dinner. You have your own private entrance to the apartment through the side gate & full access to the garden. Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities on request which are also located on the ground floor of our home. Angela & Richard were looking for a tree change move from Sydney and have for the past 10 years run a boutique B&B on the outskirts of the beautiful market town of Eumundi in the stunning Noosa Hinterland. The property they have called home for the past 10 years is called Phoenix Eumundi B&B. Fast forward 10 years, we are now on another journey and are experiencing a sea change in stunning Sunrise Beach and have converted the ground floor of our home into a beautiful apartment for our guests to enjoy. Together we have years of experience in the hospitality industry both in London & Sydney and felt the time was right since moving to Queensland to create something they could share with others. Richard has worked in food & beverage and front of house hotel operations for many years in London whilst Angela is an experienced accommodation manager for both Hilton & Starwood Hotels Worldwide. They have combined their skills and experience to create accommodation that couples can enjoy in this amazing part of the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

The apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood close to Sunrise Beach on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland. We're only a short stroll to the beach, local shops (IGA, bottle shop & bakery) as well as public transport to Noosa Junction and Noosa Heads, both of which are less than a 10-minute drive away. Sunrise Beach is a beautiful part of the Sunshine Coast and has easy access to shopping, bars & restaurants of Peregian Beach, Sunshine Beach & Hastings Street in Noosa. The Noosa Hinterland is only a 20 minute drive away where you can experience the famous Eumundi markets on Wednesday & Saturday and explore the many towns and scenic drives along the way. Sunrise Beach is also well positioned for the airport with the Sunshine Coast Airport only a 30-minute drive away.
