This gorgeous home elevated high on the hill and nestled amongst the tea trees sleeps 9 people across 3 bedrooms upstairs and a fully self-contained studio downstairs, both beautifully styled with new coastal furnishings. There is a wood fireplace in the living area. Relax in the outdoor heated spa on the deck. Please note that the garage is not accessible. There is ample space for you to park your car or boat in the large circular driveway. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. This lovely home offers the following: 4 bedrooms - 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs 2 bathrooms - 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs Outdoor heated spa 2 large alfresco entertaining areas with TV, outdoor dining furniture and outdoor heater Kitchen with microwave - no dishwasher Nespresso coffee machine Washing machine and dryer Outdoor BBQ Chopsticks and Rice Cooker WIFI and Smart TV Equipped studio with bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette downstairs Ample parking available in the driveway HEATING/COOLING Split system heating and cooling and ceiling fan in the lounge area Ducted heating Ceiling fans in bedrooms Wooden fireplace (BYO firewood) This home sleeps 9 guests across 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed (sleeps 2) - upstairs Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed (sleeps 2) - upstairs Bedroom 3: 2x Single Beds (sleeps 2) - upstairs Studio / Bedroom 4: 1x Tri Bunk Bed (Double bottom / single top) (sleeps 4) - downstairs. There is no internal access to this area. It is located near the carport / driveway area. What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. Linen and / or towels can be hired. Please contact Ready Set Stay for further information and pricing. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or fees will be charged.
