This recently fully renovated and furnished 1960's 3 bedroom family home is in the perfect location for a family getaway or mid week business trip. Its a quick 2 minute, 190m walk to the start of the CBD with access virtually on your doorstep to coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Supermarket Coles is a short easy 350m walk while Aldi is 450m. The property is a double block with plenty of on site parking located via the back entrance which is opposite a local gym. The property features 3 comfortable and private bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and queen beds, sleeping up to 6 people. The master bedroom is grand in size and features a space for the mid week office worker complete with desk, chair and overhead light whilst the other 2 rooms have a small stool and built in desk. The combined lounge and dining area consists of a 3 seater and 2 seater couch, coffee table, TV and 6 seater dining table which flows into the newly renovated kitchen, complete with Dishwasher, Oven, Cooktop, Microwave, Full size Fridge, Essential pantry items and all cooking utensils. The laundry is complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and second toilet.
Enjoy the convenience of having the CBD starting at your doorstep, leaving the stress of navigating new streets and finding a car park behind. Coffee shops can be found both to the front and the rear of the property. There is over 21 restaurants, pubs, cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets and clubs within 400m walking distance, consisting of cuisines such as Mexican, Indian, Thai and Italian with plenty more further afield. Menus and directions will be provided at the property to help you find your way.
