Situated overlooking Cluny Lagoon on the upper Derwent . Suit fishing ,skiing,kayaking (2kayaks,1knee board and 1stand up supplied) boat ramp near by. 2 story bunkhouse with 8 bunks. on farm .Suited more for groups,clubs with children over 8 Pets welcome
I,m a 69 yr old Psychotherapist?Councellor who works on line from the farm . The Farm bunkhouse is self contained suitable to be used as a base for hunting, fishing ,hiking,kayaking skiing. I can pick up people from the airport with enough notice .
Over looking Derwent river at Cluny lagoon .Walk down to fish or
kayak (Supplied). Bring your own boat or skis .Boat ramp one mile awaqy. can be moored down on the lake in front of the house
