Named in honour of the surf break nearby, this is an enchanting and restful abode with magnificent sunset views and fresh, salty sea air. An age old dilemma has been solved. You want a holiday home with spectacular ocean views but you'd also like it to be cosy and cottage-like so you can squirrel yourself away from the elements. While this seems like an impossible ask, this is what awaits at Three Bears Cottage. ****Reverse cycle A/C (open plan living & dining area)**** ****This property is located within a residential area. Respect for our neighbours is paramount and any outside noise must be kept to a minimum at all times.****

Three Bears Cottage is located in the iconic South West coastal town of Yallingup. Famous for it's surf and spectacular elevated Indian Ocean views towards Sugarloaf Rock in the north and Canal Rocks in the south. Yallingup Lagoon provides a beautifully, sheltered swimming area and the long sweeping beach is bordered by the pristine bushland of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. Ngilgi Cave sits within the National Park and the historic Caves House is located at the top of Yallingup hill. Lagoon cafe & restaurant is located near the beach, and you are close to many wineries, boutique breweries, art galleries and cellar doors. Yallingup is also close to Smiths Beach and Injidup Beach, and less than a 10 minute drive from the township of Dunsborough.
