We spent months looking for the perfect property that we would like to stay in ourselves, that was central, that had an elevator, and no hills lol.... and all the facilities you'd want to have on a holiday in the Whitsundays, and we definitely have found it here in the Boathouse Resort. We love it so much we have just purchased a 2nd apartment in the same building that we have taken over on the 24/4/23. I have just upgraded the furniture, furnishings and most fixtures for both apartments and they are almost identical to each other. My goal is to have the 2 most stunning apartments in the Whitsundays. I have also added wall hung smart tvs to all of the bedrooms and 75 inch smart tvs to the lounge rooms. My favourite part is the new outdoor settings, you'll want to spend all your time here. :) The apartment numbers I own are 117 & 214. The building itself is only 3 levels. 117 is on Level 1 (above ground) and 214 is on level 2. Both face the Marina. I privately manage this apartment to maintain the highest standards possible. I also only use the best quality linen available. I want you to be as comfortable as possible as you eat, sleep and play! I have been self managing properties on the Gold Coast and now the Whitsundays for the last 7 years and I absolutely love it! Prior to this I spent most of my adult life working in the holiday industry. If you're looking at Island hopping around the Whitsundays, you just can't beat this location. At the Boathouse Apartments you are situated right on the Marina in the Port of Airlie, so all your day trips are right next door. If you're looking for excitement on the mainland, you are a short stroll away from all the entertainment venues and live music. There's so much here to see and do, you'll want to come back again and again :)
