Unauthorised guests: Only the guests included on the booking are permitted to stay at the property. Any additional or unregistered guests will be considered a serious breach of house rules and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Parties or noise complaints: Hosting parties, gatherings, or events is strictly prohibited. If a party or excessive noise results in complaints from neighbours, body corporate, or police involvement, this will be treated as a major breach of house rules. Consequences include full bond forfeiture, an additional $3,000 fine, and immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Smoking = $1,000 fee for treatment of property

Security call-outs: If security is required to attend the property, the first call-out will incur a $250 fee. A second call-out will result in a $500 fee and immediate eviction from the property without refund.
