The property is a privately owned villa within the Cypress Lakes Resort and Golf Course in Pokolbin in The Hunter Valley. It is a 2 storey property with ensuite in each bedroom. Each bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV and bedside lamps with phone charging facilities. Each ensuite has a walk in shower, towels and toiletries. The main ensuite also has a bath. The kitchen is equipped with European appliances, induction hotplate, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is an inviting indoor dining area off the kitchen. The living area hosts a large screen TV, with ample seating. There is also an outdoor dining and seating area where you can truly be in touch with nature. The property has been recently renovated and is continually upgraded to meet guests needs.
Welcome to Villa Above Par. We have being hosting guests for 4 years now and have received many 5 star ratings, we have just recently moved to hosting on this site. We are an Australian/Irish family who enjoy hosting guests. Whether you are a keen golfer, a wine lover, a foodie or someone who just enjoys to be at peace with nature, this is the place for you. We love this piece of the world and it gives us great pleasure to be able to share all this with others. Relax, kick back and please enjoy.
Pokolbin is the gateway to The Hunter Valley. There are numerous Cellar Doors, Restaurants, 3 golf courses, and many Health Spas. The Hunter Valley Gardens is a few minutes drive from Villa Above Par and hosts year round activities for all the family. The area is surrounded by amazing vineyards and bushland. A wonderful place to have an action packed stay or just a place to kick back and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.
