This is a HOMESTAY aimed to cater to ANIMAL LOVERS predominately. This is a mini apartment not a full-sized apartment. It is more suitable for travelers passing through with a dog than guests without a dog, as there are lots of other properties which are not animal friendly which might suit your needs more. The ground floor of my home offers a lovely air-conditioned bedroom with a window above the bed which allows fresh air in.... fan and air conditioning, wall mounted TV with Netflix and free WIFI, kitchenette also with a wall mounted TV (water/basin located in adjoining laundry room)and your own bathroom leading out onto your roof covered deck which overlooks a lovely garden... Access either straight in using the roller door from your car - easy access, no steps and your car is close OR via the side gate, to the rear of the home, then onto your deck and in through the laundry door or your bathroom door. Chairs and a coffee table on the deck to enjoy sitting outside ... A tall table and chairs, and two armchairs in the mini lounge area which has another TV. This is the ideal stopover if traveling between Sydney and Brisbane. Privacy, clean, and easy access from your car. Complimentary breakfast is supplied - fresh croissants, ham and cheese, coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, fresh fruits, and breakfast cereals. Also, your VIP fur baby will have a complimentary breakfast, treats, food, and a bed. There is a small animal fee on arrival thank you. The property is very close to Club Forster and the Bowling Club for dinner. I also have a terrific electronically inflatable Queen-size bed suitable for children - no extra charge.

I've been in the business of greeting and hosting guests here in Australia for the last 7 years following my 30 years living in Europe. This is the ideal spot for a night or two when travelling from Sydney up North or from up north back down south - stop over mid way - rest overnight... enjoy a drink on the deck ..... your fur baby has a huge landscaped back yard to explore safely - and will hopefully enjoy meeting my Cavoodle Rosie. You have the entire space downstairs to yourselves. Two cats also live on the property upstairs. Please look at the photos to be sure you know the layout of the converted garage/mini apartment - to be sure you will be happy with the style of the accommodation.

Well located just minutes from Forster town shopping Main Street with all the restaurants and stores and Club Forster or the Bowling Club for their wonderful buffet meals - you can get the Courtesy Bus to collect and return you - or Forster Lakes and Oceans Hotel also offer the same service. Just minutes from all the local beaches and One Mile Beach which is open to dog walking morning and afternoon. Very near many restaurants and cafes. Beronia Park is at the bottom of the street. I do not have Hot Plates in the mini kitchenette .. but I do have a microwave and mini toast/pie oven ...tea and coffee facilities - orange juice - muesli and mini fruit pots in fridge... All Complimentary. DOG BREAKFAST COMPLIMENTARY TOO! :-)
