Situated at a convenient access point to the beach, you’ll love being able to stroll down for a swim or walk your dogs along the shore. Cars are permitted on the beach just right of the stairs—perfect for loading up picnic gear, kayaks, or beach toys. There are beach toys, board games, books, and comfortable, spacious bedrooms (including a bunk room to sleep 6 kids), everyone will feel right at home. There's a ducted heating and cooling throughout the property, plus zoned climate control. Entertainment options include three large-screen TVs with Netflix and Stan, Wi-Fi internet, and a variety of books and games for all ages. Whip up your favorites in the fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. For easy outdoor dining, the gas BBQ is perfect for beachside meals with a view. Bed Configuration (Sleeps 12, 6 Adults and 6 Children): Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Third Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Fourth Bedroom: 3 Single Bunk Beds (Sleeps 6) Beds will be freshly made with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are also supplied. If using the outdoor firepit, please bring firelighters, matches, kindling, and wood. Your well-behaved pets are welcome both inside and outside our home, featuring a fully fenced, secure backyard with a large lawn area. The property fence is 1.8 metres high all the way around.
