Wonga has been our beautiful home for the past 7 years and while we are off on an adventure we are offering it for others to enjoy. Built in 1860, it was one of the original homes in the area. Established gardens surround the house. Covering nearly 6000m2, there is plenty of space to walk around with a glass of champagne in hand and enjoy the garden no matter what time of year. The pool area is a delight and will provide many hours of entertainment from November through April.

Wonga is a 2 minute drive and a level 15 minute walk to the best coffee shops in Parkes. Located opposite the Parkes showground, it's a 5 minute walk to the local tennis courts and 10 minutes to the Parkes Olympic pool, a fantastic facility for a small country town. Parkes is blessed with excellent sporting facilities and scenic walking tracks. The saying in Parkes is that nothing is more than 5 minutes drive away. This is very true although the airport (4km east of the town) is 7 minutes from Wonga. With very little traffic walking is a great way to see the town. While Uber hasn't made it to Parkes just yet, there is a taxi service if required.
