On the ground floor, a spacious bunk room doubles as a second lounge, featuring air conditioning, a TV, a kitchenette, and direct outdoor access. This space is perfect for kids to unwind in their own private retreat. Upstairs, three elegant queen bedrooms provide peaceful sanctuaries. The primary suite boasts a private balcony, a walk-in wardrobe, a dedicated workspace, and a sleek ensuite. The second queen bedroom also features a balcony, allowing you to soak in the fresh sea air. A third stylish queen room offers a quiet retreat with soft linens and natural light. The main bathroom features a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a beach day. A true haven of convenience, the home also includes a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, as well as parking for three cars. Please note that all cars must be parked within the property boundaries at all times. There is no street parking available. A small starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores There is parking for three cars on site.
