Vila Presjenica is a place that our family built together to be a place in complete privacy in nature. It offers nice retreat in nature away from noise of the city. It has dedicated spa room with large hot tub for 5 people. Outside of vila you have a large open space and patio in which you can enjoy your time outside.
It is located near the forest through which there are multiple water streams that you can enjoy in privacy.
I am one of the family members who worked on envisioning and building this vacation home. We wanted to build something for ourselves to find a place to rest. We spent last 3 years creating this from a place in the middle of the forrest to the place where we and our guests can enjoy nature and at the same time have a little bit of luxury there.
