For the reservation above 2 weeks, you will sign a contract of short period rent.

The house rules are non-negotiable, and in the event of a serious breach, the guest will be immediately evicted from the accommodation without recourse to the police or the courts.

There's a garden, where you can do weight training (on a bike) and outdoor fitness for 20 euros a day.

For long-term bookings, you can consult a medical program or cures according to the method (PAMPA), provided by a specialized doctor avialable at the property to help you deal with the problems that are disrupting your stay, on request and charged on the basis of consultation/coaching time. so the doctor can see with y'all, health issues that are related to weight loss or good diet in general, also your mental state and heart related issues.

The property organizes a round table dinner available upon request counting from 4 adults and for 50 euros per adult.

A happy dinner ceremony is organized once per month and serves the goal of discovering new people and new cultures, exchanging thoughts and ideologies and have fun of the warm and festive atmosphere and of course not forgeting about the dinner that's cooked by a pro private chef giving you 2 options, european cuisine and an exotic one (either asian or african etc). Price varies from 50 to 100 per guest and the drinkes aren't included.

Bạn sẽ được hoàn lại trong vòng 14 ngày sau khi trả phòng. Tiền đặt cọc sẽ được hoàn tiền toàn bộ qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng nếu không xảy ra hư hại nào với chỗ nghỉ sau khi kiểm tra lúc trả phòng.
