David and I are both owners of a veterinary practice. We live above and the Casa Akuta is located on the 2nd floor. We are present at the accommodation and the practice is always available.

The accommodation was built in 2014 and offers free WIFI. We offer a very spacious new apartment (110m2) that can accommodate 1 to 4 people. We have 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a living room with flat screen and cable TV. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, induction plate and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, and a shower. The toilet is separate. We do not offer any services ourselves. The check-in is without contact with the owner. The additional booking of made beds and towels is booked through another company. Check-in and check-out can be done 24/7. You are asked to smoke outside. A train station can be found at the end of the street that you can travel around Belgium. The bus stops 100 m from the accommodation to the nearby cities: Zaventem, Brussels, Leuven, ... -The agreed rent consists of 95% for the use of the space (real estate) and 5% off movable parts (furniture, household appliances, cleaning supplies, etc.)

This accommodation is located on the Leuvensesteenweg and this is a busy job. Due to only 1 window on the street side and also 3 double glazing, there is hardly anything to notice on the apartment of this busy job. The bus stops in front of the door and the train is also within walking distance. There are in the radius of 1 km: 3 supermarkets and 4 restaurants.
