Refunds will be issued within 30 days to the same account used for payment.

Check-in and check-out times are as follows:

Check in from 15:00.

Check out before 10:00.

Breakfast is not included in the rates.

Most of our accommodations are equipped with a baby bed and high chair. Please check with the accommodation to confirm the availability of these amenities.

Please be aware that not all of our accommodations can facilitate (additional) baby’s and/or pets.

If your booking can not be facilitated due to exceeding the maximum occupancy of your accommodation, a staff member will contact you.

Additional charges are applied when bringing your pet (€ 7,00 per pet, per night)

Please note that you can reserve a preferred location and amenities, such as the hotel room's location, connected rooms, and breakfast for an extra fee. Please fill in your request during the booking process in the special field. Our colleagues will then review your request and respond to it as soon as possible.

Parking is free on our own premises.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rates.

Maintenance work on the 'Wild Water River and Family Slide' will be carried out from the 15th of June until the 27th of June 2025.
