Welcome to our second home: chalet Sara. We hope to offer you a holiday in a homely atmosphere. Our chalet Sara is particularly suitable for short family holidays. We have reduced the formalities to a minimum, but if you need us call us. SARA was built in 1975, so not brand new and with wear, but you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We want you to feel at home and be at peace. The chalet is best suited for 4 people. 6 is possible but it will be a little busy. We do not count stars. We offer many facilities but no massage parlor, pedicure, meeting rooms, prayer room, shuttle transport, ... Say: at Sara you will find what you find at home, with Wifi and TV. The facilities are real. We have no artworks in house and we do not pick up the nose for IKEA, not even for SECOND HAND. If this approach does not please you: DO NOT CHOOSE SARA!

I am a retired grandfather of 7 grandchildren and like to stay in the Ardennes. We are also avid walkers and nature lovers and we also like to keep quiet. We would like to put our second residence there at the disposal of families or groups. It is a good way to let others enjoy the Ardennes and also to get out of the high costs of a second residence. As walkers we continue to enjoy the region after almost 40 years. Our grandchildren also start to know 'our wooden house' well, the discoveries are endless, and fauna and flora keep surprising us. We try to make everything as easy as possible with a minimum of paperwork. We also provide your usage linens for bed, bath and kitchen. It is a natural product (viscose). It can not be washed but it is easily recycled. We therefore save on the costs of washing and ironing: thus also ecologically interesting. It takes some getting used to but pleasant to use. We supply mattress protectors, under (cover) sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and dish rags.
