The apartment is located on the ground floor of a classy apartment building. Ideal if you like comfort or, for example, go on holiday with the children: the beach is your front garden. From within the living room, you will get the feeling that the beach and see are lying at your feet. A real holiday feeling! The apartment has a spacious living room with a view of the sea front and beach. There is an open kitchen with all comfort and appliances. Via a hallway you reach the separate toilet, the bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower and 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm and 160 cm). One of the two bedrooms has a balcony. The apartment was renovated and had a nice refresh in 2021 and is decorated in a stylish and modern way with a touch of industrial design.

The owners live about 100 km from Ostend and regularly enjoy the peace, comfort and holiday atmosphere this apartment has to offer. Holiday apartment "You, me and the sea" is located on the sea front of the super cozy Mariakerke. Within walking distance or 3 tram stops of the city center of Ostend, in a lively part of our coast, but without the great hustle and bustle of the center. You will find a bakery at 20 meters, as well as terraces and restaurants. Supermarkets, a night shop, a pharmacy, laundromat, etc. are also within walking distance. And last but not least, the completely new swimming pool in Ostend (opened in 2021).
