Welcome to Noma – a place where you come home to the earth. The house was designed and furnished using natural materials, with a deep connection to nature as its guiding principle. There are three unique rooms, each with a king-size bed, hotel-quality linens and pillows, and a private bathroom. The style of the house blends Japanese, Moroccan, and Nomadic influences. You can enjoy an open kitchen, dining area, living room, and a garden overlooking the fields. Relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere the house offers. The bedrooms and their private bathrooms are individually secured and accessible with a personal access code. The open kitchen, living room, dining area, and garden are shared spaces. The house is located on the edge of the Flemish Ardennes, surrounded by beautiful forests, walking trails, and cycling routes. You’re only 15 minutes away from the city center of Ghent.

As a passionate traveler with a strong sense for interior design, food, and travel, I’ve put a great deal of time into designing this home. The goal was to create a house that feels as "earthy" as possible, using natural materials — from the paint to the lighting to the furniture. I’m a 43-year-old entrepreneur who has seen a good part of the world. As your host, I’m happy to share the local hotspots and give you insider tips.

Located on the edge of the Flemish Ardennes, you’ll find Noma! We are ideally situated for those who love both nature and city life. You can take beautiful walks in the forests or plan cycling routes, which are also available upon request. If you prefer the city, Ghent (one of the top 10 most beautiful cities in Europe) is just a 15-minute drive away. Ghent ranks among the absolute best for architecture, restaurants, and surroundings.
