The apartment is quiet and romantic with windows to the south and plenty of natural light. Our doors have SMART LOCKS which unlock with personalized codes so you will able to check in and check out on your own 24/7. The apartment is ideal for 2, but it can easily sleep 4 (with an extra charge) thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.
We provide high-end amenities, quality linen, fresh towels, as well as starter quantities of toilet paper, shampoo, dishwasher and laundry detergent for your first couple of days. The air conditioners in each room are in charge of both heating and cooling. The place is PROFESSIONALLY cleaned after each stay.
The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is NO ELEVATOR, so you will have to climb the stairs. Some exercise is always a good thing but please be mindful of this fact before booking.
The apartment is meant for independent travelers who are looking for an AUTHENTIC experience. This is not a hotel, there is no reception, and there is no staff on location. You will be staying in a residential building.
IMPORTANT!!!
- NO EXTRA OCCUPANTS allowed other than what's shown on the reservation!
- As much as we love them, PETS are not allowed.
You can stock up with fresh produce, street food (and even souvenirs!) from the open-air Lady's market (Zhenski Pazar) which is just around the corner.
There are a few 24/7 convenience stores within a couple of blocks, and for more serious grocery shopping we have a few supermarkets close-by - Kaufland (250m), Billa (200m), LIDL (350m) and Carrefour (400m), which are open until late.
Also, don't miss the unique close-by public mineral water spring where you can fill up your bottle with hot mineral water straight from the spring all year round completely free.
**** The pedestrian Boulevard Vitosha with its many shops, cafes, and restaurants is only 800m away (9 min).
****Sofia Airport and the bus and railway stations are easily reachable from the close-by Serdika metro station (280m).
****Paradise Center - one of the city's largest shopping malls - is also only a metro ride away (4 stops).
****Arena Sofia (Sofia's main sports and concert venue) is directly reachable with Tram No20 in 30min from the closest tram stop (160m).
