There is private parking available for the guests with a car. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and dining area, a kitchenette, a hallway, a bathroom and toilet. There is a lovely living room with a fireplace, so called winter garden. All our guests love so much this ‘winter garden’! There is also an open terrace overlooking the boulevard. There are two flat screen TVs with USB and many channels – in the bedroom and in the living room. The WiFi is excellent. The apartment offers all you need for your long or short stay. Everything is new, with high quality and tastefully chosen. As a compliment, we offer different kinds of coffee and tea, and mineral water in the summer. One of the most ancient cities in the world! During our trips we have been in different property types. But we realize that the best ones for us are the self-catering apartments. They usually are more comfortable, clean and cheaper. Our last travel was in Italy, France and Slovenia. We stayed in some wonderful apartments that we like very much! We are located in a nice neighborhood called Little Paris, near the city center. The apartment is on the first floor of new building,. There is an elevator that stops on the first floor. Nearby there are Lidl, Kaufland, and many shops and restaurants. Across the street there are several fast food restaurants incl. pizzeria, grill and fish. If you travel by train or bus, the apartment is at about 1-1.2 km from the railway station and from two main bus stations -South and Rodopi. If you travel by plane, Plovdiv Airport is 15 km far from here. We could provide you with airport shuttle. If you have a car, the building has parking, which you can use. The city center is 5-10 minutes by car far from here and the International Plovdiv Fair - 10-12 minutes. There is a bus stop and a gas station nearby.
