DariaVas apartment is a very bright, spacious and elegant apartment of 120 square meters on the third floor in a massive brick building with a lift. It is located in one of the southeastern districts in Sofia – Darvenitza. The neighborhood is one of the greenest in Sofia. The apartment is situated in entirely new luxury building completed in 2020 and is fully furnished and equipped. It consists of wide living room with a big kitchenette and two bedrooms. The both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and have balconies overlooking Plovdivsko pole street. There are two bathrooms with shower cabins and toilets. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances – dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, juicer, microwave. All furniture is entirely new, comfortable with modern design. There is a central heating in the appartment. The both bedrooms and the living room have TV sets and air conditioning.

Why I recommend you our apartment - because it is a perfect combination of a best location in a district very close to the heart of Sofia, a quiet and picturesque place, close to a small green park with a playground and Billa supermarket. There are several small shops for food, fruit and vegetables. You can also rely on a private underground garage and wi-fi which are free for you. We hihly recommend our place for staying to one or two families. The appartment is 3 minutes walking time from the metro station Musagenitza, which is situated both on line 1 and line 2, connecting the centre of the capital with Business park and Sofia airport. It is 20 minutes walking time to Arena Armeec training hall and close to Sofiamed hospital and the National Cancer hospital, situated on the same street. Near the building is the Technical Univercity of Sofia and a bus stop leading to the Student campus area called “Studentski grad”. You can reach the first station of the lift going to the top of Vitosha mountain for 10 minutes by car.

Сградата е на 20 минути пешеходно разстояние от зала Арена Армеец и много близо до болница Софиямед, както и до Националната онкологична болница, която е на същата улица. В близост е Техническият университет и спирка на градския транспорт на автобус, пътуващ няколко спирки до Студентски град. За около 10 минути с кола може да се стигне и до първата станция на лифта, който стига до Витоша планина.
