Casa Nova is a place of pure serene atmosphere. Dive deep into a garden full of colorful flowers, a shady cool patio, sunny terrace, a balcony with an amazing sea view and a luxurious decoration with a touch of Palma de Mallorca. The house is suited for families who wish to relax and enjoy the quiet away from the busy beaches of Varna, and the busy hotels. The house is therefore not suitable for parties or loud music. It offers a place to get away from the busy city life and enjoy the view underneath the sun.
We are a family who has been working in the hospitality business for decades. Therefore, we value our guests greatly and want to offer them a true experience of relaxation, beautiful views, nice designs and decoration and friendly environment. We try to always answer any questions, concerns and whatever it is that our guests would need. It is always a great pleasure to offer our spaces to people who want to relax away from the city.
The villa zone "Izgrev" is on a hill looking down towards the Black Sea between the city of Balchik and the resort Albena. There are no big hotels, only villas. It is extremely quiet. The closest beaches are in the resort Albena, in Balchik or directly underneath the villa zone itself. On the main road, you will find two supermarkets, and a small restaurant where they offer grill and salads to go.
