The house has a capacity of 6 to 8 people, three bedrooms, a small and quiet backyard, spacious and cool living room and a modern kitchen fully capable of satisfying you're every craving and desire - A wonderful house fully equipped with everything you need for a great and comfortable stay be it in the summer or winter. Restored with a lot of love and attention to detail, authentic stone walls and wood treated with special bio-oils, original solutions and spaces will create a unique sense of belonging and atmosphere that combines the old with the luxury of the modern times. The house has a private entrance and the drinking/tap water is fully cleaned with a state of the art triple filtering system that allows our guests to get the freshest water flow.

Our house has a rather old nature, it is already 90 years old and has been restored with a lot of attention to preserving history and appearance. The idea of the design came to keep the vintage and older feeling alive. We wanted our house to be as far away from a hotel as possible, and it to be modern, but at the same time keep the energy we fell in love with when creating this project. There are two antique beds in the house, that are restored by us, they are unfortunately made at the beginning of the last century and are 185 cm long, it was not a problem for us to order new furniture, but we opted to keep them because they fit in perfectly with our idea and vision for the house. About the bathroom, it's only one for the whole house, and indeed not very comfortable. But since we wanted to preserve the stone architecture of the house, and the whole wooden structure there was no possibility to make any more sanitary rooms.

Nearby Eskiz, there are lots of restaurants with delicious local foods. In Pamporovo you can find many spa centers. In summer you can feel the unbelievable beauty of the green Rhodopi mountains - trekking and hiking trails, caves, hot mineral waters, antique cities and other interesting places.
