Brand new fully modernised luxury apartment on the ground floor of a classic building in a central location opposite South Park, a shopping mall and an underground station. The property has luxury kitchen/dining and living area, marble bathrooms with large luxury shower and a separate bathtub, master bedroom with king size bed and Italian furniture throughout. If you like the feel and quality of a 5 star hotel but prefer the benefits and independence of a full size apartment, then this is for you
The apartment is exactly on the border of Lozenets and Top Centre overlooking South Park. It is a 2 minute walk to the Park Centre shopping mall which has everything from a Costa Coffee to Billa Supermarket, Cinema, fitness centre and restaurants. The Metro station is also a 2 minute walk.
