Our newly furnished apartment combines modern comfort with a touch of Balkan flair. Please note that the property is located in a Bulgarian village. Roads may be poor due to weather conditions, and in very rare cases, power and water outages may occur.

We are a German couple who emigrated to Bulgaria in 2023. In the peaceful village of Tsarichino, we found our new home and wish to share our little paradise with guests from all over the world. We strive to fulfill all your wishes and make your stay an unforgettable experience. We have a house cat, which is not allowed in the apartment but stays in the hallway. Please keep this in mind before booking if you suffer from allergies.

Only 13 minutes from the Black Sea, and not far from the hustle and bustle of Balchik, the apartment is located in a quiet, rural area. The village has a small supermarket and a restaurant (both open only in summer). The surrounding area invites you to explore various attractions. Balchik offers all the shops you could wish for: supermarkets like Lidl or ABC, decor stores, clothing shops, and more. You can also enjoy a relaxing day at the beach by the Black Sea or dine at one of the many restaurants. For more adventurous activities, the Balchik promenade offers fishing, paragliding, and banana boating. For those who prefer even more lively settings and are in the mood for partying, Golden Sands is less than 30 minutes away, where you can dive into the hustle and bustle. The mystical place of Shabla with its distinctive lighthouse is definitely worth a visit – it’s a 38-minute drive. History enthusiasts will find the perfect destination in Kaliakra: the ancient ruins by the sea open a gateway to another time and offer perfect photo spots (30 minutes). Various museums in the area also invite you to travel back in time.
