The premises for rent are the entire 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor including 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional double bedroom on the 4th floor, along with its own shower/wc is available on request and payable separately. Thus, the home can offer 4 bedrooms in total and can accommodate up to 12 guests. An unique and vast ( 40 m2) veranda located outside the living room offers exiting view to the bay of Varna, the pool and the garden. The same is equipped with 3 big tents and furniture to make it the place you will spent most of the time for having your meals during the day, evening and night .
Villa "Sea Dream" is ideal for discerning holiday makers who are keen to avoid the "package holiday" resorts and want to get away from the noise and the crowds yet close enough to the night life. The villa sits in the hills over the bay of Varna around 5km north east from the city centre and affords a perfect panoramic view of the bay, the lake, city beaches and the port. The site is very calm, quite and peaceful. Rich of fresh air.
