Our apartment offers a kitchen where guests can find a refrigerator, kitchenware, microwave, kettle, tea/coffee machine and a multi-cooker pot. The apartment also includes a washing machine, a dining table and chairs and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. There is air-conditioning in both the living room (sofa bed) and the bedroom (queen bed and bunk bed), as well as there is a luxurious marble walk-in bathroom with a shower and toilet. The balcony is currently unavailable.

Our apartment is situated in the best location, perfect for anyone's needs with/without a family. There is a bus stop and many bus routes right in-front of the entrance of the building. There is also a hair/beauty salon opposite the bus stop and a supermarket within 4 minute walking distance (300m) of the property. Opposite is a hospital with different medical centres for specific issues/accidents. There is a Bulgarian style fast-food restaurant (Giurlata) south of the apartment where you can try our delicacies for affordable pricing. There is a playground around the back of the building and free street parking too (no reservation needed). There is also a shopping district within walk-in distance of the apartment (Yavor AD).
