Subsequently, the new owners began entrusting us with their apartments to take care of their property when they are not there. Thus we began offering after-sale services and rental to our clients. Their interest has been grown since then and nowadays our team manages 30+ apartments at the Golden Sands beachfront or just behind it, and their number is rising steadily. The apartments we offer are situated in modern residential complexes in a unique location – situated in the heart of the Golden Sands resort, right on the main promenade, separating them from the beach. If heading north of Golden Sands, one shall reach the town of Balchik (50 km / 35 miles away) – the Botanical Garden and the Castle of the Romanian Queen Maria are well worth the visit. A bit further along the seashore, one can reach the Kaliakra cape, a place marked by history and mystery.
