Um lugar super agradável com uma belíssima vista para a lagoa da Conceição a casa é todo esculpida na pedra com bastante área verde e muito pássaros ideal para um ótimo repouso e bons momentos de lazer e tranquilidade estamos no meio das principais praias de floripa mole e Joaquina além de estar de frente para lagoa com uma ótima localização perto dos melhores e bares da região e mercados sorveterias lojas de roupas e assessorias e loja de bebidas ....
