Well-equipped apartment with 51 square meters, 400m from the Vila Madalena Metro in a quiet street. Very comfortable queen size bed with latex pillow. Large closet at the entrance and another in the bedroom. Fully equipee kitchen, 300mb optic fiber internet, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, bed-sofa, 55" OLED TV, balcony with hammock and stunning view. 1 bathroom and 1 garage parking spot. Building with 24-hour eeceptionist, laundry, swimming pool, gym, wet sauna, massage table, jacuzzi and 24-hour self-service mini market

Vila Madalena is the best place to stay in São Paulo due to many great restaurantes, shops and night clubs. The property is located about 4 blocks from nearest restaurants in a calm residential street.
