According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Because this hotel hosts several events, the guests stay may occasionally coincide with a period of high occupancy.

Please note that full board meals start with dinner on the day of check in and end with lunch on the day of check out. Lunch on the day of check in is not included in the rate. Non-alcoholic drinks are included.

Please note that the hotel recreation area is destined to children older than 4 years old.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that the 'Acqua Kids' is closed on Tuesdays.

Please note that the 'Fun Beach' is closed on Wednesdays.

We would like to inform you that from December 19, 2025, to January 25, 2026, the Fun Beach and Acqua Kids areas will operate continuously from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. There will be no closures during these dates.
