It is close to the Convention Center and important business centers in the city, banks, and with easy access to the BR 101 and BR 262 highways. Vitória Praia Hotel has 80 apartments distributed in Superior and Luxury categories, equipped with Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Safe and Internet. We offer several services to meet the needs of the most varied types of guests, from corporate to leisure, in addition to offering free parking, subject to availability. The Hotel also has a complete event space with capacity for 80 people in an auditorium format. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
