Come live the experience! *BED AND BATH LINENS* We provide one towel per guest and one set of bed linens per bed, regardless of the length of stay. If you are traveling with babies (under 2 years old), we kindly ask that you bring your own towels and bed linens for them. *PEST CONTROL* Pest control is carried out periodically every 90 days. However, due to the surrounding vegetation and local climate, insects or pests may occasionally appear. Although we take all preventive measures, complete eradication of insects in a city is not possible. *ELECTRICITY, WATER, AND INTERNET* In accordance with the Brazilian Tenant Law (Law No. 8,245/91), neither we nor the property owners are responsible for any service interruptions or failures caused by utility providers. *EQUIPMENT ISSUES* This is a residential, family-style property, similar to your own home. Unforeseen issues may occur, including with equipment. Although we do not operate as a hotel, we are always committed to resolving any situation in the best possible way. We rely on service providers who operate during regular business hours. Even so, we will do our best to resolve any issue promptly and appreciate your understanding should there be any delay. *SHORT-TERM RENTAL* We operate short-term rentals in residential properties. We are not a hotel, but we make every effort to provide quality service and a pleasant experience for all guests, in line with the characteristics of each property.
