Please note that all minors must present a written authorisation if they are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardian, in accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law 8.069/90). Minors under 18 must present a photo ID and original birth certificate or certified copy, even when accompanied by parents.

Children under 7 years old can stay free of charge in the same bed as their parents.

Extra beds are available at an additional cost. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.
