Our motto is: you pay for what you use; That is fair!! We, Robin and Rene Savonije, from ApartmentFortaleza and the FortalezaHouses, are the owners of a small family company. We manage apartments in Porto de Iracema, A residencial building in Praia de Iracema. We want to offer our customers a service of quality, and affordable to all. We have no office or secretariats, we ourselves take care of every detail so that our clients always have a quality service. To avoid any misunderstanding: any questions about the reservation please send an email. We always respond within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we do not have time to answer phone calls. If you do not want to bring your own towels, we have them available (70 x 140), for rent. Saving energy also saves your money. In the period of your stay, the energy that you consume will be charged at the checkout. Our motto is: you pay for what you use; What is fair!!
