Please note that at the time of check-out, the guest must pay a 10% service charge for each day stayed.

Each room can accommodate only one pet, with a maximum weight of 10 kg, for an additional daily charge of R$120.00, which must be paid upon arrival.

Guests traveling with pets must present valid vaccination documents for the animal.

The pet owner must sign an agreement at check-in. Pets cannot be left alone in the rooms while guests go outside the hotel.

According to Brazilian Federal Law 8,069/1990, minors under the age of 18 cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than their parents, written authorization will be required for the minor to check into the hotel.

Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with certified copies of their identity documents.

All minors under 18 must also present a valid identification document with a photo, proving their identity and that of their parents.

This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by their parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one parent, a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's identity document, will be required.

The sauna in the unit is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM – however, guests must inform the reception 20 minutes in advance for the sauna to be ready for use.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
