The house is in a condominium where Praia Mole is across the street, it's the closest you can get to Praia Mole. The house has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private backyard barbecue. The rooms and the living room are equipped with air-conditioning, there is space to park the private and free car, a chair, a cooler, an umbrella and a beach chair are offered. It's the perfect place to enjoy Mole Beach, one of the best surfing beaches on the whole island. The location is unique, 3 km from Barra da Lagoa, 5 km from Lagoa da Conceição, 2 km from Joaquina, and 5 km from Praia do Mozambique. The house surroundings are super silent and private because is one of the last houses of the condo.
