Well-traveled and polyglot Norwegian/German. Fluent in English, German, Norwegian, Spanish and - after finding heaven on earth in Paraty -now learning Portuguese. Professional background from the tourism business and looking forward to open our home to great people from all over the world. Welcome!

Property information

Very central location a stone´s throw from both historic centre and beach but at the same time featuring secluded garden for relaxing. Spacious and light-filled rooms decorated with the little extra. We are living our dream in Hotel Boutique Carpe Diem and look forward to share quality-time with you here.

Neighbourhood information

Paraty´s colonial centre is an arquitecture-gem packed with restaurants, art galleries, live music bars. The beach at Pontal is a 5min stroll away, we can hear the shore in our garden. Beautiful Jabaquara beach is 10min by foot, the public bus heading there passes in front of the property.
