Just 400 metres from Abraão Beach, Riacho dos Cambucás is a rustic-style hotel. It features panoramic views of Ilha Grande's tropical forest. Ilha Grande is located 152 km from the city of Rio de Janeiro. To get to the island it is necessary to take a ferry from one of three locations: Mangaratiba, Conceição de Jacareí or Angra dos Reis. The last boat leaving the mainland to the island is 18:00. After this time there are no more public ferries. The only other option is to pay for a private service or rent a private boat.
