HOUSE RULES: • Services such as cribs, linen changes, and extra cleaning are subject to availability and additional charges; • Check-in is from 3 PM to 9 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability and rates; • Visitors are not allowed. • All guests must send their identification at least 24 hours in advance; • The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification of all people staying in the accommodation, respecting the maximum number of people. People not listed are not permitted. • Use the service elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear; • No noise after 10 p.m. (Noise Law); • Separate organic and recyclable waste and dispose of them in separate containers; • Upon departure, ensure all appliances are turned off. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a daily fine; • For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of bath linens per guest. Linen or linen changes may be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with potentially damaging items, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit; • Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replaced.
