If only one of the parents is with the minor, the absent parent must provide a written authorisation. If another person other than the parents is designated to accompany the minor, both parents need to provide a notarised authorisation for that person.
Please not that the total amount of reservation is payable in advance by credit card at the time of booking. The credit card used in the reservation must be printed on the name of the guest and be presented at the reception desk upon arrival at the hotel.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.
