Common areas of the building with: Co-working space, shared kitchen, and party room Wi-Fi available (shared network with the building) No parking available * IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; - Check-out: by 11:00 AM; - If any issue arises that requires the host's presence after 8:00 PM, a convenience fee will apply; - Extra bed linen/towels and cleaning services are requested and paid separately, directly to Seazone; - Entry of guests and/or visitors exceeding the property's capacity and not registered in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to a fine; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; - Any violation of the condominium/neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest, as well as fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an additional cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning and for the change of bed linens and towels during the period; - Prior to check-in, guests may be asked to submit documentation for data confirmation. * The included cleaning service is performed only at check-out. If the guest requires additional cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will apply. * One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom will be provided, along with bed linens for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
