A newly constructed self-catering apartment with four units on a two storey block. Each unit has two bedrooms (1ensuite, the other with its Shower/WC nearby), and each of the two bedrooms in a unit only share the lounge & kitchen areas, which are shared by two bedrooms only. The private entrance of each unit leads you into a grand lounge space with a stylish open kitchen in full view. Fully furnished lounge with TV, open kitchen with high quality kitchenware, granite stone dining table for six. Finished in high quality materials inside and out, creating a sense of prestige. Porcelain floor tiles, wall to wall tile finish in all wet areas, hard finishes to minimize buildup of bacteria, germs and odors. Generously ventilated and balanced natural lighting. Multiple balconies for outside sitting for a cool breeze; views from main bedroom balconies at FF; balconies & verandahs accessible from all bedrooms & lounge areas. A sitting area furnished to sit four people at the rear, with a common braai unit adjacent to it. The apartment is secured by a 1.7M high solid wall, with electric fence, motorized gate and fully lit exteriors with day light sensors, including secure covered carports. A serine place where guests will feel home away from home in this quite, yet welcoming location of the city.

It is in the heart of Gaborone, with all major shopping centers of the city and its key attractions within 6km radius.
